How do I customize the rate I use to display prices?
In the app, go to Settings, then select "Custom rate." Enter a value to set custom rates under the guide prices. By default, the app sets the custom rate a 0.90.
(Examples: To display prices 15% below the guide price, enter 0.85.)
What is the number after the L at the bottom of the product page?
That is an indicator of the max quantity for that title based on the guide.
What is the number after the v at the bottom of the product page?
That is to remind you of your custom rate. If you set your custom rate at 0.85, the number at the bottom of the product page will be v85.
Is there a way to automatically go back to the scanner after adding a book to my cart?
Yes! In the app, go to Settings, then select "Continuous scan." Enabling this feature will take you back to the scanner or search page after adding a book to the cart. If this feature is disabled, adding a book to the cart will bring you to the cart.
Can I use a Bluetooth barcode scanner with the app?
Yes! First, make sure your Bluetooth scanner is paired with your phone and turned on. Then go to the search screen on the app and scan the barcode. It's that simple!
Any Bluetooth barcode scanner that scans 2D barcodes should work with our app. We tested it with a NETUM 2D Barcode Scanner, Model: NT-1228BL
Can I change the number of searches saved in my search history?
Yes! In the app, go to Settings, then select "Searches to save." Enter the number of searches you'd like to save in your search history, then tap the save button.
How do I change my password?
In the app, go to Settings, then select "Change password." You must enter your current password, along with your new password. Passwords must be at least 8 characters.
What does "Reset to default settings" do?
This feature allows you to reset your custom rates, continuous scan, and search history settings back to their default values.
Can I change the price of a book after I add it to my cart?
Yes, you can. Once a book is in your cart, go to your cart and tap the "Edit" button for the book whose price you want to change. In the modal that appears, change the price to whatever you want and tap the save button.
Can I change the quantity for a book in my cart?
Yes, you can. Once a book is in your cart, go to your cart and tap the "Edit" button for the book whose quantity you want to change. In the modal that appears, change the quantity to whatever you want and tap the save button.
Can I change the way books are sorted in my cart?
Books are automatically sorted with the most recent addition to your cart at the top. To change the way the books are sorted, near the top of the cart next to the words "Sory by," tap the word "Title," "Author," or "Date" to sort the books by that method.
How do I delete a purchase that I started but did not complete?
Go to the "Begin a Purchase" page. Swipe right on the name of the cart you want to delete in the section that says "Continue a purchase for:" and tap the trash can icon.
